WIRRAL CLASSIC CAR SHOW

PRE-ENTERED EVENT
The Committee takes great pleasure inviting club members and all owners of classic vehicles to attend the Wirral Classic Car Show a Static display of pre-entered classic vehicles arranged within areas representing clubs with provision for non-club members to display their vehicles in a designated Privateers area, held at Claremont Farm, Old Clatterbridge Road, Wirral CH63 4JB.
The event is free and open to all classic vehicle owners having Pre-entered by completing an Entry Form forwarded to the event secretary before the closing date and arriving at the event entrance between 9.15am and 11.45am on the day. At the discretion of the Marshals, vehicles which have NOT pre-entered arriving on the day with a completed Entry Form before 11.45am will be considered for entry and parked with the privateers.
NOTE: Vehicles arriving who have not pre-entered or without a completed Entry Form will be charged a fee of £1 pound and parked with the Privateers at the discretion of the marshals.
NOTE: To comply with Health and Safety Requirements ALL entries must have completed an entry form before being allowed onto the show field and anyone arriving after 11.45 will be directed to the Public Car Park.
Entry forms must be fully completed and signed. Clubs are welcome to erect a small gazebo/tent within their show area provided notification is given prior to the event.
All vehicles are entered at the owner’s risk and must be fully insured and comply with ALL legal requirements in force at the time of the event. Vehicles arriving on a trailer or low loader must complete an Indemnity Form, handed to a Marshal prior to off-loading the vehicle.
The event will be open to the General Public from 12.00 noon onwards and there is ample parking available in an adjacent field. The General Public are invited to view all vehicles on display as well as enjoy the facilities available.
Toilet Facilities, First Aid, food and drinks are available at this event.
