The monthly club nights take place in a friendly atmosphere on the last Wednesday of the month at the British Legion Club.  There is a large car park for parking and members are able to enjoy the use of the bar to purchase alcoholic and soft drinks.

Our meetings commence at 8.00pm in the lounge area which is comfortable furnished with tables and chairs and the room is also equipped with a screen suitable for film/slide shows and a stage area.

Members are able to enjoy each other’s company and are free to remain after the evening events finish to chat and catch-up.

Club Night Programme of Events 2025

JANUARY    Wednesday 29th 

Model Night:  Members are encouraged to bring their models along to display them and  all members are issued voting cards to select their three best displays. The winner is presented with a prize and certificate.

FEBRUARY  Wednesday 26th  

Inter Club Quiz:  Invitation is sent to other local car clubs to send teams of up to six competing for the Inter-Club Trophy.  The questions are both car and general knowledge related and the winners hold the trophy for twelve months and each member of the winning team receive a prize and certificate.

JUNE  Wednesday 25th 

Members Car Night this year at the Wirral Rugby Club in Clatterbridge:  A static assembly of members cars with each member having a voting card to select, in their opinion, the best three cars. All votes are correlated and the winning car owner received the “Car of the Year Trophy & a voucher.

JULY  Wednesday 30th 

BBQ: Members meet up for a burger and a chat.

AUGUST  Wednesday 27th  

Car Boot: Members sell their car related items at this “Car Boot Sale”. Drinks will be on sale at this event.

OCTOBER  Wednesday 29th 

Prize Giving and AGM:  Prize winners throughout the previous twelve months are presented with their trophies and certificates. This is followed by the Annual General Meeting, with reports from the Chairman, Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Secretary, the election of officers and committee members. After the meeting is concluded members are able to enjoy a finger buffet.

NOVEMBER  Wednesday 26th 

Photographic Night:  Members can bring photographs and display for all to enjoy. The entries are judged and the members providing the best Photo wins a prize and certificate.

DECEMBER  Venue and date TBA 

Christmas Party:  An evening, usually in the first week of December when members can meet at TBA with their wives/partners, to enjoy a traditional Christmas Dinner followed by party games.
